Don’t go back to sleep!

“The breezes at dawn have secrets to tell you
Don’t go back to sleep!
You must ask for what you really want.
Don’t go back to sleep!
People are going back and forth
across the doorsill where the two worlds touch,
The door is round and open
Don’t go back to sleep!”

Do you ever wake up early in the morning, well before you intend to? Have you noticed that you may tend to wake up at the same time of the early morning each time this happens? What is your magic time?

Mine is usually between 3:11 and 3:14 in the morning. Tell me your times and I will share some additional wisdom with you.

So, know that this consistent time(s) is not a coincidence. When you wake up at this same time, the breezes of dawn are trying to tell you a secret, or reveal something to you.

Most of the time we wake up and start calculating how long we have been asleep, or how much time is left before we have to “officially” wake up. Yet, if we can begin to put our feet on the floor and go some place to still our minds and listen to the message trying to be conveyed, we can tap into the secrets of what is trying to emerge and what is wanting to happen in our life. We can tap into consciously making things happen in our lives.

You see, the way we currently deal with this “waking up” period is actually starting dialogue in our own heads that stop us from listening to the secrets the morning breeze (i.e. the universe, God, higher self – whatever works for you) is trying to reveal. Keep this message top of mind and remember it the next time your eyes open and you look at the clock. Instead of dreading the tossing and turning, yield to the gentle waking of the morning breeze and listen for the secrets wanting to be told.

Remember … Don’t go back to sleep.
